This document sets out the full terms and conditions governing the use of the bilion4 platform in a clear and comprehensive manner. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By registering as a bilion4 member, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated herein.

Each bilion4 user is permitted to hold only one registered account. Any accounts found to be duplicates will be suspended and the associated balances may be forfeited without prior notice. This policy ensures fairness for all members of our community.
The minimum deposit at bilion4 is RM20 and the minimum withdrawal is RM50. Withdrawals are processed within 10–30 minutes for standard members and faster for VIP members. All transactions must use a payment method registered in your own name — Touch 'n Go, DuitNow, GrabPay, or FPX.
All bilion4 bonuses are subject to the rollover requirements stated in their respective promotion terms. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be wagered in accordance with the specified rollover ratio before becoming eligible for withdrawal. Full terms are available on the Promotions page.
You are fully responsible for keeping your bilion4 account password and login credentials confidential. All activity that occurs through your account is your responsibility. Contact bilion4 support immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.
The bilion4 platform is for users aged 21 and above only. Registering with false information or a misrepresented age is a serious breach of these terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance without further discussion.
Bilion4 offers self-imposed deposit limits, play break features, and temporary account suspension options for users who need a break. We are committed to ensuring this platform is used in a healthy and responsible manner by all members of our community in Malaysia.
Important Note: This Terms & Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you as the user and bilion4 as the platform operator. Continued use of this platform following any amendments signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
In this Terms & Conditions document, the following terms carry the meanings as defined below:
The bilion4 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age and above only. Registration by individuals below this age limit is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these terms.
Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at bilion4 at any one time. Registering multiple accounts using the same — or different but personally linked — name, phone number, email, or payment details is a serious violation. bilion4 reserves the right to suspend or close all duplicate accounts detected and to forfeit any balances or bonuses held within them.
You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration. bilion4 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly during withdrawals or account verification. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in account suspension until verification is complete.
You are responsible for keeping your account information current at all times. bilion4 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated information provided by the user.
Registering using false information, another person's identity, or with the intent to commit fraud will result in immediate account closure and appropriate legal action.
Bilion4 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all of which are local Malaysian payment options:
The minimum deposit at bilion4 is RM20 per transaction. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, though VIP accounts may have different limits depending on membership tier. All deposits are processed within 30 seconds and no transaction fees are charged by bilion4.
You may only deposit funds that you legally own. bilion4 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If deposited funds are found not to belong to you, bilion4 reserves the right to freeze the account and return the funds to their source.
If your deposit has not been credited within 30 minutes of a successful transaction on your end, please contact bilion4 support via live chat with proof of the transaction. Our team will investigate and resolve the issue within 2 working hours.
The minimum withdrawal at bilion4 is RM50 per request. The maximum daily withdrawal limit varies by account tier: regular members (RM10,000/day), Silver (RM20,000/day), Gold (RM50,000/day), Platinum (RM100,000/day), and Diamond (no daily limit).
Withdrawals are typically processed within 10–30 minutes for Standard and Silver members. Gold members and above enjoy priority withdrawals processed in under 10 minutes. Withdrawals submitted after midnight may be processed in the early hours of the following day.
In cases involving security checks or additional verification, withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. bilion4 will notify users via email if a withdrawal is expected to take longer than usual.
Bilion4 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, weekly rebates, reload bonuses, VIP bonuses, and seasonal promotions. Each bonus has its own specific terms and conditions as stated on the Promotions page of our platform.
All bonuses awarded by bilion4 are subject to rollover (turnover) requirements before the funds become eligible for withdrawal. The standard rollover requirement is 3x to 10x depending on the bonus type. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 5x rollover means you must place a total of RM500 in wagers before those funds are eligible for withdrawal.
Bilion4's weekly rebate is calculated based on net losses from Monday to Sunday and is automatically credited every Thursday. Rebate rates vary by VIP tier — from 15% for regular members up to 20% for Diamond members. Rebate funds are subject to a light 3x rollover requirement before withdrawal.
bilion4 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with or without prior notice. Such changes will not affect bonuses that have already been claimed and are currently undergoing rollover.
All game results on bilion4 are final once a round has concluded. For live casino games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, sic bo, and others), outcomes are determined by a live dealer and fully recorded. For RNG-based games, outcomes are determined by a random number generator that has been independently verified.
In the event of a technical disruption, disconnection, or server failure during an active game round, bilion4 will endeavour to resolve the issue fairly based on available round records. If a round cannot be completed, the wager may be returned to the user's account at bilion4's discretion.
Every table and game on bilion4 has clearly displayed minimum and maximum bet limits before you join. These limits are subject to change based on the time and the member's VIP tier. Bets exceeding the maximum limit will not be accepted by the system.
Any attempt to manipulate the system, exploit platform vulnerabilities, or use third-party software to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay is strictly prohibited. bilion4 employs automated detection systems to identify suspicious behaviour and reserves the right to suspend any account suspected of such activity without notice.
You are solely responsible for choosing a strong password and keeping it confidential. bilion4 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive any such request, it is a fraudulent attempt — please report it to our support team immediately.
All activity that occurs within your bilion4 account — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — is your sole responsibility unless you have reported to bilion4 that your account has been accessed without authorisation. Such a report must be made as soon as possible to allow bilion4 to take appropriate preventive action.
Bilion4 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time, particularly for large withdrawals or where suspicious activity is detected. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your MyKad or Passport, a recent bank statement, and proof of the payment method used.

Where fraud or abuse is suspected or detected, bilion4 reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, freeze all funds held within it, void all related bets, and report the case to the relevant authorities where necessary. bilion4's decision in such matters is final.
Bilion4 takes user privacy very seriously. All personal information collected during registration and use of the platform is stored with 256-bit SSL encryption. We do not share your personal data with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes without your written consent.
You have the right to request access to your personal data, ask for corrections to inaccurate information, and request deletion of your data from our systems. All such requests will be processed within 72 business hours by the bilion4 privacy team.

You may request the closure of your bilion4 account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any valid remaining balance (excluding bonuses that have not yet met the rollover requirements) will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.

Gambling carries financial risk. bilion4 does not guarantee any winnings, and users bear full responsibility for their own gambling decisions. bilion4 accepts no liability for any financial, personal, or social issues arising from the use of this platform.

Bilion4 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this platform. bilion4 will endeavour to notify active users of significant changes via email or in-platform notifications.
Continued use of the bilion4 platform after any amendments are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you have the right to discontinue use of the platform and request account closure in accordance with the procedures set out in Section 11.
